Extended Access appointments to GP services across Bracknell and Ascot

These additional extended access appointments are in addition to any extended hours already offered by a patient's own GP practice

People living in Bracknell and Ascot, can access additional appointments outside of normal practice hours, including some at weekends.

These appointments are available at times that are convenient to patients, e.g. if you:

  • find it difficult to attend an appointment during the working day

About the service

People must be registered with a GP surgery locally in order to access the extended access services. These appointments are available through their own GP practices and the service is bookable in advance only.

To book an appointment you must contact your own GP practice.

There are a range of different clinical types of appointments available including GPs, minor ailment, nurse, healthcare assistant and phlebotomy clinics.

Extended access appointments are for routine general practice issues and not for urgent care.  If urgent care is required please call NHS 111 for advice.

The extended access appointments are run from Boundary House Surgery.
